DealSight does not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal data. Ever.

What DealSight does

DealSight is a Chrome browser extension that overlays real estate investment metrics (cash flow, ROI, cap rate) on Zillow search results. All calculations happen locally in your browser using data already present on the Zillow page you are viewing.

Data collection

DealSight collects no data of any kind. Specifically:

No personal information is collected or stored
No browsing history is recorded
No search queries or property addresses are transmitted anywhere
No analytics, tracking, or telemetry of any kind

Permissions

DealSight requests the following Chrome permissions:

storage — used solely to save your investment settings (interest rate, down payment, etc.) locally on your device via Chrome's built-in sync storage. This data never leaves your browser.

DealSight only runs on zillow.com pages and has no access to any other websites.

Third parties

DealSight does not share any data with third parties because no data is collected in the first place. DealSight makes no external network requests.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised date.
